Chef Geoff Blount’s Ruby Chocolate demonstration was a huge success, as always! Now it’s time for the official taste test! Next month March 4th at 6 pm at ICI we will have an ice carving demonstration from Michael Kowalski as well as a Mardis Gras tasting from our own Chef Bill Twaler!
Dan Henn presented a check to the American Red Cross for all their help with Souper Supper for $1000.00!
There is a BBQ organized by the students who are going to Paris this spring on Saturday February 9, 2019 at the International Culinary Institute At Market Commons from 11:00 am until they sell out for $5.00 a plate! Please come early!
